- Faster than most people expect — a day or two in summer is enough to leave a permanent etch mark on uncoated clear coat, because the acidity works while the sun bakes it. Getting them off promptly matters more than any product. On a sealed or coated car you have considerably more margin, which is the practical argument for protection on a street-parked car.
- Is a coating pointless if the car lives on the street?

If you want those, the drive is the trade-off. If you just want the car cleaned, we would rather be straight with you.
- Can you get pluff mud out of carpet?
- Yes, with extraction rather than vacuuming — it is fine enough to work deep into the fibres and it stains. The sooner it comes out the better the result. Mention it when you book so we allow the time; a peninsula car that has been through a marsh weekend is not the same job as a commuter interior.
